In accordance with the Texas Local Government Code Section 505.159, a public hearing will be held by the Rice Community Economic Development Corporation during a meeting to be held by the Board of Directors on Monday, June 30, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at Rice City Hall, 305 N. Dallas Street, Rice, Texas to consider the use of sales tax proceeds to undertake and to fund improvements and development of greenspace located at 105 E. This notice shall constitute publication of a Type B project as required by Texas Local Government Code Section 505.160.
Following the Public Hearing and the receipt of public input, it is anticipated that the Board of Directors for the Rice Community Economic Development Corporation may take action on the Project at the same meeting.
