The William Marsh Rice Public Library is the first public library to operate in Rice. It not only has books available to check out for all ages, but provides a public space for citizens to access the internet, print documents and read something new.
The library opened on July 12th, 2022 with the help of head librarian and founder, city council, city staff, volunteers and donations from citizens.
