Rice ISD served almost 1,000 children during the 2021-2022 school year.
In the first year back in the classroom after COVID-19 restrictions, the school district received an A overall rating.
Rice High School was a “Top Performer”, with an A rating and an increase of 7 points since the TEA’s last rating.
The TEA released their report card ratings on August 15th for school districts all over the state.
